Job Summary

A company is looking for an Enterprise Client Success Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and launch the Enterprise Success Program, including playbooks and health-scoring
• Serve as a strategic partner to clients, driving adoption, renewals, and expansion
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver tailored solutions for tier-one asset managers

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years in Enterprise Customer Success, Strategic Account Management, or Program Management
• Experience with complex, global clients in fintech, SaaS, or capital-markets software
• Proven track record of building enterprise success programs
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple work-streams
• Understanding of private-market fund operations and institutional investor workflows is a plus
