Job Summary

A company is looking for a Part Time Remote Customer Service Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manages a high volume of incoming calls for appointment scheduling, medication refills, insurance inquiries, and other patient needs
  • Schedules patient visits, verifies insurance eligibility, and communicates clinical information to providers as necessary


Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 2-5 years of relevant experience in healthcare or customer service
  • No supervisory experience required
  • Must live within 1 hour of St. Louis, Missouri
  • Typing test required with a minimum speed of 35 wpm and 90% accuracy
