Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Financial Specialist Associate who will work from home and support patients in a call center environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive service and advocacy for patient-related issues and concerns
• Perform accounts receivable functions including cash collection, account resolution, and financial assistance program support
• Educate patients on billing, insurance, and regulatory matters while ensuring compliance with policies and regulations

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent (GED) is required
• Minimum of 1 year of related work experience is required
• Ability to work in a fast-paced call center environment
• Experience with billing systems and revenue management processes is preferred
• Knowledge of federal and state regulations related to healthcare billing is beneficial
