Director of Patient Operations

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director, Patient & HUB Operations, Rare Disease.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the operational strategy and execution of the RETHYMIC CONNECT patient support program for rare disease products
• Manage the HUB service team to ensure high-quality service delivery to patients and healthcare providers
• Develop performance dashboards and optimize patient/caregiver experience based on brand insights

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in business, scientific, or related field
• Minimum of 8 years of commercial or operations experience in biotech/pharmaceuticals
• At least 5 years leading HUB operating teams, with experience in cell, gene, or tissue therapies preferred
• In-depth knowledge of pharmaceutical compliance and patient access requirements
• Experience managing multiple patient service and reimbursement vendors
