Job Summary

A company is looking for a Maintenance Coordinator to ensure smooth operations across its property portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

• Triage and assess incoming maintenance issues for Single Family Rental assets
• Act as a liaison between residents, the Resident Services Team, and vendors
• Manage maintenance tickets and ensure timely resolution and follow-up

Required Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in property management or maintenance coordination
• Familiarity with pricing of maintenance-related products and services
• Understanding of maintenance operations within property management for Single Family Rentals
• Flexibility to work varying schedules, including evenings and weekends
• Bachelor's degree preferred
