Director of Network Strategy

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director, Network Strategy and Product Innovation.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and drive Network Strategy, Product Innovation, and custom Network Set-ups
• Ensure execution of Health Equity Product Innovation deliverables and national roll-out
• Direct cross-functional teams to develop enterprise-wide Networks focused on specific clients

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with a managed care organization or health insurer
• 3+ years of experience leading strategic initiatives and streamlining processes
• Experience in the Pharmacy or Pharmacy Benefits industry
• Expertise in Contracting and RFP Requirements
• Financial Planning expertise, including P&L Management
