Key Responsibilities

• Design and execute a performance marketing strategy for user acquisition and subscription growth
• Manage CAC, ROAS, payback period, and subscriber conversion across various paid media channels
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support product launches and optimize marketing efforts

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Economics, or a related quantitative field
• 10+ years in performance/growth marketing, preferably in consumer subscription or PLG SaaS
• Experience managing multimillion-dollar budgets with proven efficiency gains
• Fluency in paid media strategies and familiarity with SQL and BI dashboards
• Hands-on experience with GenAI tools and their integration into marketing workflows
