Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Growth Marketing Manager, Search, Shopping & YouTube.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end campaigns across various platforms including Google Search, Shopping, and YouTube
• Develop and implement strategic testing roadmaps to enhance member acquisition and channel efficiency
• Collaborate with analytics and creative teams to optimize campaign performance and inform creative development

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in paid search and shopping campaigns, preferably for D2C brands
• Expertise in Google Ads, including Search, Display, YouTube, and Google App campaigns
• Strong analytical skills with experience in performance analysis and reporting
• Prior experience in creating and optimizing YouTube ad campaigns
• Familiarity with additional platforms like Bing Ads and Apple Search Ads is preferred
