Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Marketing Manager, Growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own and execute multi-channel strategies to drive qualified pipeline, including paid media and outbound campaigns
• Collaborate with sales teams to craft outbound messaging and optimize outreach efforts
• Lead paid acquisition programs and manage marketing partnerships and ABM campaigns

Required Qualifications:

• Experience in growth and demand generation, preferably in an earlier stage company
• Ability to design and architect marketing strategies and test execution
• Proficiency in marketing tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Ads, and LinkedIn Ads
• Experience managing marketing budgets and vendor relationships
• Strong understanding of lead routing, attribution, and reporting processes
