Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager Strategy and Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Shape the vision of the Consumer Experience and key partnerships
• Drive the Consumer Experience strategy for the membership program
• Produce and analyze data to identify opportunities for optimizing the Consumer support journey

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in strategy, management consulting, product, or related fields
• Experience in SQL and/or Excel for analytical problem-solving
• Proven track record of leading cross-functional initiatives and achieving goals
• Experience managing a team of two or more people
• Ability to influence and motivate individuals across various job functions
