Job Summary

A company is looking for a Strategic Planning and Operations Lead.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and enhance the planning process, including goal-setting and project prioritization
• Collaborate with Partnerships leaders and stakeholders on key business initiatives and projects
• Conduct business reviews to drive decision-making and assess progress on goals

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in strategic planning and/or business operations in relevant industries
• Experience in leading strategy, operations, and process improvement projects
• Leadership and influencing skills with experience in cross-functional collaboration
• Proficiency in spreadsheets and presentation software
• Bachelor's Degree required; MBA or graduate degree preferred
