Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Compensation & Benefits.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the strategic direction and management of compensation, benefits, and equity plans
  • Design and implement competitive compensation programs and benefit plans that align with business goals
  • Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations and manage vendor relationships
Required Qualifications
  • 15+ years of overall HR experience with 10+ years in Benefits/Compensation design and management
  • Experience working with the Compensation Committee of the Board
  • Extensive knowledge of federal and state legislation affecting benefits and compensation
  • Bachelor's degree in a Human Resources related discipline; advanced degree or degree in Finance preferred
  • Previous acquisition/divestiture experience
