Job Summary

A company is looking for a Deal Desk Analyst to support sales and cross-functional teams in structuring complex deals and ensuring compliance with pricing and contract standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Structure and approve complex deals in collaboration with Sales and leadership
• Apply deal underwriting criteria and streamline approval workflows
• Develop standardized Client Order Form (COF) templates and manage proposal support

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field; healthcare experience preferred
• 3+ years in deal desk, sales operations, finance, or similar roles within SaaS or healthcare IT
• Strong understanding of financial modeling, pricing structures, and contract management
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and experience with CRM systems like Salesforce or HubSpot
• Experience supporting RFPs and knowledge of proposal management processes is preferred
