Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Development Associate to support growth in government contracting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and research new government contracting opportunities through various platforms
• Assist in tracking upcoming RFPs, RFIs, and Sources Sought Notices aligned with company capabilities
• Support capture planning efforts, including competitor analysis and customer intelligence gathering

Required Qualifications:

• 1-3 years of relevant experience
• Familiarity with the government contracting lifecycle, FAR/DFARS, and common procurement vehicles preferred
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM platforms; GovWin experience a plus
