Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Support Engineer II (Java, AWS).

Key Responsibilities
  • Take ownership of client-reported incidents and understand their business and technical impacts
  • Formulate technical solutions in accordance with service level agreements and manage complex issues
  • Coordinate with various teams to enhance the customer experience and advocate for product improvements
Required Qualifications
  • Basic knowledge of Java and Object-Oriented Concepts
  • Familiarity with Linux commands and monitoring tools such as AppD and Kibana
  • Understanding of Web Services (REST/SOAP) and basic troubleshooting of enterprise applications
  • Exposure to AWS, Docker, and Kubernetes
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple incidents effectively
