Job Summary

A company is looking for a Bilingual Healthcare Customer Service Representative to assist Florida Medicaid providers with inquiries.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to inbound call inquiries from Florida Medicaid providers and document calls in the database
• Provide consultancy on insurance and healthcare, routing inquiries to appropriate teams as needed
• Ensure service level agreements (SLAs) are met by processing calls efficiently while maintaining professionalism

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 2 or more years of customer service experience
• Experience in a metric-driven work environment
• Proficiency in both Spanish and English, with knowledge of medical terminology
• Basic understanding of Microsoft Office products and ability to navigate multiple screens while on calls
