Job Summary

A company is looking for a Work at Home Customer Service Advisor for Ohio residents.

Key Responsibilities

• Research, process, and resolve customer and health care provider inquiries regarding benefits and insurance
• Document interactions and relay detailed information to customers and team members
• Educate customers on policies and procedures while providing timely solutions through various communication channels

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Two or more years of customer service experience
• Typing speed of 30+ words per minute
• Availability to work shifts during operational hours, including possible weekends
• Ohio resident with access to high-speed, hardwired internet
