Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote Engagement Technician (12:30 PM - 9:00 PM EST).

Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service in a phone-based environment
• Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls to assist patients with their medication profiles
• Collaborate with clinical pharmacists and other medical professionals to support patient care

Required Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• High school diploma or GED
• Prior experience in a pharmacy setting
• Certification from the Pharmacy Technician Certification Board (PTCB) or National Health Association (NHA)
• Current pharmacy technician registration with the State Board of Pharmacy
