Required Qualifications
  • Higher Education preferably in Hotel Management, IT, or Business
  • Native or fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
  • Professional experience in a technical customer support role or similar
  • Unrestricted right to work permissions in the United States
  • Willingness to work in shifts to support global customers 24/7
