Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls from members and medical providers
• Adjust claims accurately and ensure first contact resolution
• Educate callers on member benefits and update customer files

Required Qualifications

• High School diploma with some college or business school education preferred
• Fluent in both Spanish and English
• Experience in a high-volume call center and claims inquiry procedures
• Basic computer operations knowledge and intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office
• General knowledge of HIPAA Confidentiality laws
