Job Summary

A company is looking for a Plan Advisor Representative - National Remote.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service by resolving inquiries related to benefits, eligibility, claims, and financial accounts
• Research and resolve complex issues across multiple databases, ensuring timely follow-up with members
• Educate members on health incentives and assist with appointment scheduling with care providers

Required Qualifications:

• High School Diploma/GED or 10+ years of equivalent work experience
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• 1+ years of customer service experience in an office or professional setting
• Ability to participate in training classes and demonstrate understanding of the material
• Flexibility to work full-time, 8-hour shifts during normal business hours
