Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Prior work experience in a detail-oriented customer service environment
• Ability to learn and operate corporate proprietary systems
• Computer proficiency with MS Office and technical aptitude
• Ability to meet designated deadlines in a fast-paced environment
