Job Summary

A company is looking for a Contracts and Chargebacks Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Timely updates of contract pricing and membership information in the contract management database
• Maintains supplier contract files and supports problem resolution for invoice inaccuracies
• Performs analysis of contract discrepancies and coordinates with internal departments and suppliers to resolve issues

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, accountancy, sales, marketing, computer sciences, or a related field
• A minimum of two to three years of related experience
• Working knowledge of contracts administration
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
