Senior Reconciliation Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr Reconciliation Representative to join their Reconciliation department.

Key Responsibilities

• Reconciles, resolves, and researches 2-step claims and payments
• Manually reconciles claims for payment from Health Plan Payors using paper EOBs or spreadsheets
• Communicates with Health Plans to check claim statuses and requests reprocessing of denied claims

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• High School diploma required
• 2 to 3 years of experience in claims processing preferred
• Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel helpful
• Familiarity with Managed Care, HMO, and PPO health plan provisions
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of claims documents and records
