California Licensed Senior Accountant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Accountant, Financial Reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare stock-based compensation calculations and assist with equity transactions and awards
• Manage monthly global corporate consolidation and support global accounting teams with analysis and resolution of issues
• Assist in the preparation of SEC filings and internal/external audits, while identifying and implementing process improvements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance is required
• CPA is required
• Big 4 or similar public accounting experience preferred, or at least 3 years in a global, publicly traded company
• Experience with consolidation software (such as Cognos or SAP) is a plus
• Life Science or Healthcare experience preferred
