Job Summary

A company is looking for a Recruiter (Contract) to support its recruiting function on a temporary basis.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, engage, and guide top talent through the hiring process
• Ensure candidate records and job pipelines are organized, updated, and accurate
• Schedule interviews with hiring managers and collaborate with the People & Culture team

Required Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in recruiting, HR, or a coordinator position
• Familiarity with an Applicant Tracking System; BambooHR experience is a plus
• Ability to work independently and manage time-sensitive tasks
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Comfortable collaborating with internal teams and external candidates
