Job Summary

A company is looking for a Recruiting Coordinator (Bilingual Spanish / English preferred).

Key Responsibilities
  • Schedule and coordinate assessment activities with Recruiters and relevant parties
  • Provide candidate coordination services and manage monthly job postings
  • Assist with onboarding processes, including pre-employment requirements and producing reports related to recruiting activities
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
  • 1-2 years of experience as a Recruiting Coordinator or in a related role
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple processes
  • Bilingual English / Spanish skills preferred
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
