Job Summary

A company is looking for a Contract Administrator to join the Contract Management Team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the signature process, ensuring documentation approval and facilitating contract signatures
  • Log and deliver agreements for signature, maintain contract repositories, and assist with contract termination processes
  • Support commercial teams with contract templates and coordinate SharePoint sites
Required Qualifications
  • 0-1 years of business or legal clerical experience in a corporate setting
  • Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office and Adobe
  • Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and manage workload effectively
  • Bachelor's Degree or commensurate experience in a related field preferred
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics and Contract Lifecycle Management systems is a plus
