Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Compliance Specialist for the Pacific Region.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to compliance inquiries from production staff and internal operations, providing clear and actionable guidance
• Manage compliance support case management processes and serve as the primary escalation point for complex compliance cases
• Analyze compliance trends and contribute to audits, preparing reports and recommendations for continuous improvement

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 5 years of experience in compliance or operations functions within the mortgage industry
• Deep understanding of federal and state mortgage lending regulations
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with compliance-related software
• Expertise in TRID compliance and mortgage loan manufacturing processes
