Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Attorney, Support Services.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide legal advice and counsel to business units, analyze contract issues, and develop recommendations to mitigate legal risk
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts for supported business units
• Engage with business units in procurement to ensure appropriate review and negotiation of vendor contracts

Required Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
• Active license to practice law in the applicable jurisdiction
• Background in procurement, vendor contracts, or financial services is a strong plus
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Demonstrates high ethical standards and integrity in all work
