Job Summary

A company is looking for a Product Corporate Counsel to navigate legal complexities and support product legal strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with the executive team to lead product legal strategy, focusing on data, AI, compliance, contracts, and M&A
• Manage core legal work in-house while collaborating with external counsel for specific legal needs
• Streamline legal workflows and support business expansion by addressing legal risks and opportunities

Required Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school in the United States
• Active member in good standing of a State Bar Association
• Experience as in-house counsel at a tech company or with a top-tier law firm serving tech clients
• Strong understanding of U.S. and European data privacy laws (e.g., GDPR, CCPA)
• Experience with commercial contracts and M&A preferred
