Job Summary

A company is looking for a Compliance Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and update compliance policies related to telehealth, Medicare/Medicaid, and data privacy laws
• Prepare documentation for audits and support internal investigations to identify compliance gaps
• Assist in ensuring compliance with payer policies and monitor telehealth prescribing workflows

Qualifications & Experience

• 4-7 years of healthcare compliance experience in telehealth or payer compliance
• Familiarity with telehealth and e-prescribing laws, including the Ryan Haight Act
• Experience in Medicare/Medicaid billing compliance and fraud prevention
• Strong knowledge of HIPAA, HITECH, and Anti-Kickback Statute
• Bachelor's degree required; CHC or JD is a plus
