Job Summary

A company is looking for a Conflicts Attorney.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and analyze all new business to identify legal and business conflicts of interest
• Facilitate resolution of potential conflicts issues and advise on necessary waivers
• Maintain accurate records of conflicts resolutions and investigate erroneous data on conflicts reports

Required Qualifications

• JD and licensed to practice law with at least 2 years of legal experience as a Conflicts Attorney
• Prior experience working with law firms or corporate legal departments
• Experience with conflicts analysis strongly preferred
• Knowledge of Intapp conflict checks and ethical wall software is a plus
