Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Specialist Legal Editor, Corporate and M&A.

Key Responsibilities

• Research, write, edit, publish, and update online content related to corporate law and M&A
• Collaborate with other editors on content planning, production, and peer review
• Assist with sales demonstrations and marketing initiatives, including webinars

Required Qualifications

• Juris Doctor and current license to practice law in at least one US jurisdiction
• At least eight years of experience as a corporate and M&A lawyer
• Significant expertise in corporate law and mergers and acquisitions
• In-depth knowledge of Delaware corporate law and case law
• Experience with AI-based legal technology tools
