Job Summary

A company is looking for a Contract Manager (EMEA & APAC).

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the Client Contract Process, including contract creation and negotiations
• Review and update existing agreement templates to align with service capabilities
• Assist Finance with securitization opportunities and provide guidance on contract terms

Required Qualifications

• Preferred experience in contract management
• Bachelor's Degree required
• Prior experience with customer, vendor, and government contracts desired
• Ability to work independently in a deadline-driven environment
• Knowledge of legal research tools and confidentiality practices
