Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Site Contract Management Associate.

Key Responsibilities

• Negotiate clinical trial contracts and budgets while ensuring timely execution
• Mentor and provide oversight to new Contract Associates and elevate to CTA Lead role
• Manage multiple projects and clients, ensuring effective time management and prioritization

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience with contracts, specifically in oncology clinical contracts
• Bachelor's Degree or international equivalent required; JD or advanced degree preferred
• Experience in contract negotiation or sales
• Fluent in English (reading, writing, speaking)
• Familiarity with service industry or project management environments
