Key Responsibilities

• Assist in establishing and managing an Arizona-based ABS immigration law firm
• Serve as the Designated Principal and Compliance Officer, ensuring adherence to legal and regulatory standards
• Provide strategic legal support for ABS-related structuring and compliance management

Required Qualifications

• Active Arizona law license in good standing with a J.D. or equivalent degree
• Minimum of 8 years of experience as a practicing attorney, with a focus on compliance and immigration law
• Experience with ABS business structures and knowledge of Arizona's regulatory framework
• Leadership experience in regulatory compliance and law firm governance
• Proficiency with legal operations and corporate tools
