Key Responsibilities

• Drive privacy compliance across various departments, including product development and marketing
• Lead privacy incident management and response teams

Required Qualifications

• J.D. from a top-tier law school and membership with at least one state bar
• Minimum of 5 years of related experience, with at least 4 years in hands-on privacy roles
• Expertise in global privacy frameworks, including GDPR and HIPAA
• Experience with cybersecurity programs and AdTech
• Strong program management skills and experience in building scalable processes
