Key Responsibilities

  • Schedules and organizes candidate itineraries, interview schedules, and travel logistics
  • Provides administrative support and reconciles travel and expense reports
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED with 3 or more years of related experience
  • Strong calendaring and scheduling skills
  • Able to work independently while elevating critical issues to management
  • Good organizational skills
  • Able to effectively prioritize work daily
