Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Scrum Master to lead cross-functional teams in agile project deliverables.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitates Scrum events, including daily standups, sprint planning, and retrospectives
• Supports team development by coaching on Agile principles and resolving impediments
• Cultivates a collaborative team environment and maintains relationships with stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 4 years relevant experience, including 2 years in Agile environments
• Certified Scrum Master certification
• Project management experience, preferably in an IT context
• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and tools
