Key Responsibilities

• Manage moderately complex programs across multiple departments to support cross-departmental initiatives
• Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements, provide updates, and ensure program alignment with strategic objectives
• Track program progress, monitor performance metrics, and recommend improvements based on findings

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required
• Five (5) years of relevant experience in program management or comparable roles
• At least two (2) years of experience specifically in program management
• Solid understanding of program management methodologies and practices
• Proficiency in project management software and tools
