Fuel Handling Project Coordinator - job 2 of 2

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Fuel Handling Project Coordinator to manage project performance and ensure integration of technical scope, schedule, and budget.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular reviews of budget, schedule, and resource performance, collaborating with Control Account Managers to address underperformance
• Monitor cost and schedule variances through Earned Value data, identifying root causes and formulating corrective actions
• Lead planning for work scopes, ensuring accurate task sequencing and clear communication of project changes and schedule reforecasting

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or equivalent experience
• A minimum of 4 years of direct project management experience with complex capital projects over $20 million
• Familiarity with Earned Value Management System (EVMS) metrics is preferred
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification and/or MBA is an advantage
• Proficiency in project management software including P6 or MS Project; experience with Atlassian tools is a plus
