Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Program Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support customer evaluations of Itential Products, ensuring optimal experiences
• Track and report work efforts within Jira and sales pipeline activities in QuickSight
• Communicate effectively with prospects and internal teams regarding evaluation statuses and requirements

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• B.S. Degree (or higher) in Information Technology, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
• Current project management certification (e.g., PMP, CSM, PMI-ACP, or equivalent)
• Technical knowledge of networking appliances, vendors, and infrastructure
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and track evaluation progress
• Basic understanding of network technologies and their applications in customer environments
