Job Summary

A company is looking for a Centralized Scheduling Coordinator for a remote position.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate surgeries, procedures, exams, and therapies across multiple departments and facilities
• Serve as the central communication point for scheduling and resource allocation for patient care
• Maintain and manage scheduling templates, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures

Required Qualifications

• Associate Degree or equivalent knowledge and skills through education, training, and experience
• Minimum of 2 years of scheduling and health records experience in a healthcare setting
• Experience with Electronic Medical Records systems
• Preferred experience in scheduling multiple healthcare departments or facilities
• Completion of a basic anatomy/physiology class related to surgical procedures is preferred
