• Work closely with clients to coordinate travel arrangements for events, including lodging, transportation, and activities
• Research destination options, availability, and group accommodations to meet client needs
• Manage reservations using booking platforms and vendor tools
• Ensure accurate itinerary documentation and communication with clients and service providers
• Monitor travel regulations and vendor policies that may impact bookings
• Provide timely and professional client support before and during scheduled events

Qualifications

• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Experience coordinating group travel or events is preferred
• Proficient with digital tools, online booking systems, and document management
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks at once
• Must be 18 years or older
