Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Logistics to lead strategy and execution across their global transportation network.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee domestic and cross-border freight execution and manage daily carrier operations
• Lead the full cycle RFP process for TMS solutions and freight carriers, including contract management and performance reviews
• Develop and implement SOPs, training materials, and transportation analytics to enhance logistics performance

Required Qualifications

• 5-8+ years of experience in transportation or logistics management
• Proven experience managing carrier RFPs and third-party logistics relationships
• Strong experience in multi-modal transportation and understanding of regulatory compliance
• Experience with TMS implementation and advanced proficiency in Excel
• Knowledge of cross-border logistics and customs brokerage
