Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
• Four years of full-cycle client-facing recruiting experience in a healthcare environment
• Ability to assess talent against position requirements
• Experience managing high volume and multiple projects simultaneously
• Proven ability to build partnerships across organizational boundaries
