Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Real Estate Attorney with 10+ years of experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as first chair for Borrower and Lender-side real estate financings
• Negotiate Loan Agreements and related documentation
• Draft, review, and revise joint venture agreements, LLCs, and Purchase & Sale Agreements

Required Qualifications:

• 10+ years of real estate transaction experience
• Proven leadership experience in real estate financings
• Joint venture and/or syndication experience strongly preferred
• Ability to lead deals from start to finish while managing teams
• Positive attitude and collaborative mindset
