Contracts Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Contracts Representative to support digital modernization contracts for the DoD and other Federal Agencies.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage proposal, administration, compliance, and risk management of customer and subcontractor contracts
• Negotiate, administer, and close contracts while ensuring compliance with customer requirements and regulations
• Maintain customer relationships and ensure prompt responsiveness to internal and external requirements

Required Qualifications

• BA degree with 2-4 years of relevant experience, or Master's/Juris Doctor degree with 2 years of relevant experience
• Basic understanding of the Federal Acquisition Regulation and Agency Supplements
• Knowledge of various contract types (e.g., T&M, FFP, Cost Plus)
• Experience with Teaming Agreements, Non-Disclosure Agreements, and other legal instruments
• Must be a US Citizen
