Job Summary

A company is looking for a Paralegal with a strong background in personal injury, family law, or employment law.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist attorneys in managing personal injury/employment law cases from inception to resolution
• Maintain and organize client files, ensuring all documents are up-to-date and easily accessible
• Draft, proofread, and finalize legal documents such as pleadings, motions, and settlement agreements

Qualifications:

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Paralegal Studies, Legal Studies, or a related field; paralegal certification preferred
• Experience as a paralegal, with significant personal injury/employment law experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal case management software
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
